Job Description: Real Estate Inside Sales Agent
We are looking for a professional and organized Inside Sales Agent to help generate qualified listing appointments through outbound calling.
This is a remote position. Hours are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time. Monday - Friday Pay is Hourly $8.00 Full TIme
The primary goal of this role is to schedule qualified appointments and successfully hand them off to our agents.
This includes calling leads in our CRM, such as expired, canceled, and withdrawn listings, as well as past real estate leads. The ISA will also help coach agents by reviewing their lead conversations, providing constructive feedback, and offering practical suggestions to improve their communication, follow-up, and appointment-setting skills.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads in Follow Up Boss Call expired, canceled, and withdrawn listings Follow up with past leads and potential seller opportunities Schedule qualified listing appointments Send follow-up texts and emails when appropriate Leave professional voicemails Keep detailed and accurate notes in Follow Up Boss Update lead stages, tasks, and follow-up activity Provide a daily activity report Required Experience

Ideal Candidate The right person for this role is organized, consistent, confident on the phone, and comfortable having real estate conversations with homeowners. They should be able to listen well, ask strong questions, handle objections professionally, and keep the CRM accurate and up to date. Success in this role means consistently setting qualified listing appointments, maintaining strong follow-up, and creating real opportunities from our CRM and prospecting efforts.
