About the Role

We're an established and growing marketing agency in the US looking to bring on a Customer Success Manager. If this role excites you, please go ahead and apply!

This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) position. We want someone who is in this for the long haul — as you demonstrate results and grow with the team, hours and compensation will grow with you.

Your Mission:

  • Meet with clients to understand their goals and build out marketing campaigns in GoHighLevel / GHL.
  • Build and maintain simple automation workflows in GHL to support client campaigns.
  • Own client relationships and ensure they're getting results.
  • Proactively identify upsell and upgrade opportunities — a core part of this role is recognizing when clients are ready for the next level of service and confidently presenting those options.
  • Help drive sales conversations with both existing and prospective clients, including discovery calls, presenting packages, handling objections, and closing upgrades.

Must-haves:

  • GHL experience (campaigns + workflows)
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Sales experience — comfortable having sales conversations, handling objections, and closing
  • Upsell mindset — you genuinely enjoy finding ways to add more value for clients and can articulate the ROI of upgrading their service
  • Marketing mindset — you genuinely enjoy building campaigns and automations

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working at a digital/marketing agency
  • Light website editing experience (WordPress / Elementor)
  • Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work
  • At least 4 hrs overlap within 8am–4pm HST (Hawaii Time)

Employment: Full-time (40 hrs/week) based on performance and results. Long-term opportunity.

Compensation: Full-time: 30,000–75,000 PHP / month plus commission and performance incentives (Paid via Wise weekly) 13th month considered for long-term hires
