Remote Customer Support & Payment Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Customer Support & Payment Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position with flexible hours that align with the US Eastern Time Zone (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM ET).

Communicate with customers through chat and messaging platforms. Answer customer questions and provide excellent support. Guide customers through the consulting process. Collect and verify customer payments using our approved payment methods (Zelle, Cash App, and PayPal). Track refunds and maintain accurate records. Update internal spreadsheets and customer information. Resolve customer tickets efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Escalate issues when necessary. Requirements Excellent written English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable computer and internet connection. Ability to multitask and work independently. Customer service or virtual assistant experience is preferred but not required. Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week during US Eastern Time hours. Compensation $2 USD per resolved customer ticket. Performance bonuses are available after reaching ticket resolution milestones. Pay increases are offered based on performance, reliability, and quality of work.
