Real Estate Cold Caller & Appointment Setter (Pre foreclosure/Probate)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We're a US-based real estate investment business specializing in pre foreclosure and probate properties, looking for a reliable, empathetic virtual assistant to handle outbound calling and appointment setting. You'll be our first point of contact with property owners, so a warm phone presence, professionalism, and consistency are essential. This is a long-term role with room to grow as we scale.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to pre foreclosure and probate leads from provided lists Follow our scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation Qualify leads based on their situation, timeline, and motivation Set appointments and hand off qualified leads with complete, accurate notes Log all call outcomes and dispositions in our CRM Hit daily call volume and contact targets Send a brief end-of-day summary of activity and results

Requirements:

Fluent, clear English with a neutral, friendly phone voice Comfortable with high call volume and handling rejection calmly Empathetic and tactful many contacts are facing foreclosure or a death in the family and must always be treated with respect Organized and accurate with CRM data entry Self-directed and dependable in a remote role reliable computer, noise-cancelling headset, and stable high-speed internet (please state your speed)

Preferred (not required):

Prior real estate cold-calling or appointment-setting experience Familiarity with pre foreclosure or probate leads Experience with dialers and REI CRMs Understanding of TCPA/DNC calling compliance
