We are a growing international E-Commerce company looking for a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role you will communicate directly with our English speaking customers, answer their questions, build genuine relationships, and help drive customer satisfaction and retention. This is a full time remote position with long term growth opportunity within the company.
responsibilities
1. Respond to customer messages in a friendly, engaging, professional tone 2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through daily communication 3. Follow provided scripts and guidelines while adapting to each conversation naturally 4. Report daily activity and performance to your team lead 5. Work assigned shifts reliably and communicate any issues in advance
requirements
1. English level B2 or higher, written and spoken 2. Typing speed of at least 50 WPM 3. Stable internet connection, minimum 100 Mbps 4. Own laptop or PC, quiet home office setup 5. Available for shift work, flexible schedule 6. Prior customer service or virtual assistant experience is a plus but not required
