About the Role
Hello! We're looking for a highly artistic graphic designer who can produce polished, professional, eye-catching designs with minimal supervision. You'll be designing NFC cards, signage, marketing collateral, logos, and digital assets for a variety of client brands.
What You'll Do:
- Design print-ready NFC cards, posters, flyers, and signage for client businesses
- Create custom illustrated/stylized character artwork and brand mascots
- Adapt designs across multiple client brands while keeping each one visually distinct
- Prepare clean, production-ready files, as well as web-ready assets
- Revise quickly and professionally based on client and team feedback
Who We're Looking For:
- Strong artistic eye. Your designs should be convincing and appealing at first glance - great composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Self-managed. You can work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively. We don't micromanage, and we're looking for someone who doesn't need it
- Versatile. Comfortable with both clean corporate layouts and bold, playful, illustrated styles
- Detail-oriented. Print specs, alignment, spacing, and file organization matter to you
- Proficient in industry tools. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and AI-assisted illustration tools are required
- Experience with print production strongly preferred
- Capable for maximum of 2 revision rounds. We expect works to be near-final on the first submission, not rough drafts that need multiple rounds of fixing.
Employment Details:
- Part-time to start (approx. 20 hours/week)
- Can move to full-time based on skill, output quality, and performance
- Long-term role for the right person, we want someone who grows with us
- Remote work. You can work anywhere!
How to Apply:
- Send your portfolio. This is the most important part of your application.
- Tell us briefly about your design experience and the tools you use
- Only put "SHMO" at the subject of your application so we know you read the full post
