Hiring An Expert Video Editor

New, fast-moving business looking for a talented Video Editor to join us from day one.

We're building something from the ground up so this isn't another editing job, that's why we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey. You'll be one of the first people on the team, which means real influence over our content, our style, and our growth.

Must have:

• 6 months or more of experience editing videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, YouTube videos, ads, etc.)
• Strong skills in AI video tools such as Higgsfield, CapCut, and similar platforms
• Ability to edit to a very high standard — clean cuts, engaging pacing, captions, sound design, and motion graphics
• Understanding of what performs well on social media (hooks, retention, trends)
• Fluent in spoken & written English
• Coachable, eager to learn, and excited by the idea of building something new
• IMPORTANT: highly responsive and open to effective collaboration and communication with the team

Experience creating Reels, YouTube videos, and handling social media is highly encouraged.

You will be:

• Editing high-quality short-form and long-form video content
• Using AI tools like Higgsfield and CapCut to push creative boundaries and produce content fast
• Helping shape the visual identity and content style of the brand from day one
• Growing social media channels from the ground up — and getting the credit for it
• Working closely with the founder(s) as a core part of a small, ambitious team
