Lead Manager / Phone & Follow-Up Specialist for US Junk Removal Company (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Role Overview Your entire job: turn inbound leads and missed calls into booked jobs by answering the phone, calling back quickly, and following up like a machine using scripts and simple tracking. This is NOT data entry. This is a phone + follow-up role.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls quickly and professionally (US customers). Call back missed calls within minutes whenever possible. Run our call script to qualify, explain our minimum charge, and book jobs into the calendar. Follow a written follow-up cadence for unbooked leads (calls, SMS, and simple notes). Confirm appointments, send reminders, and reduce no-shows. Update our CRM / software with notes, tags, and statuses. End-of-day: send a simple report of calls, follow-ups, and bookings. Requirements

Exceptional spoken English, neutral or very light accent. 2+ years of experience on the phone: call center, CSR, appointment setter, or similar (US, UK, CA, or AU market preferred). Comfortable making 60–100 calls per day when needed. Follows scripts but can sound natural, not robotic. Strong written English (for SMS / email). Stable internet (at least 25 Mbps), backup data, and quiet home office. Can work 5 days a week 8 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday–Saturday with short breaks. Experience with home services (plumbing, HVAC, junk removal, etc.). Experience with GoHighLevel, Jobber, Workiz, or similar tools. Compensation
