Sales & Lead Management: Reply to all new enquiries within 5 minutes if the AI has not alreay done so. Answer Facebook, Instagram and Google messages Follow up every quote after 2, 7 and 14 days if the Ai bot hasn't already done it Call old quotes that never booked Rebook customers every 12 months if i have not done it. Keep your CRM up to date Book site inspections into your calendar

Google Reviews: Text every customer after the job asking for a review Reply to every Google review using SEO-rich responses Track review requests and follow up

SEO & Marketing: Upload before-and-after photos to Google Business Profile Add weekly Google Posts Write suburb-specific blog posts Add completed jobs to your website Monitor rankings and keep me up to date

Social Media: Edit reels from your job footage Schedule Facebook and Instagram posts Write captions Post before-and-after photos Reply to comments and messages

Quoting & Admin: Send invoices Chase unpaid invoices Organise insurance paperwork Send SWMS and certificates File receipts Update spreadsheets Reply to emails
