EDI & Retail Operations Specialist (AI-Native)

OVERVIEW We are looking for a highly experienced Full-Time EDI & Retail Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is not a repetitive operations role—the ideal candidate must be adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities as the business rapidly evolves.

EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)

The successful candidate will have strong experience working with retailer portals, EDI workflows, wholesale fulfillment operations, and AI-powered productivity tools. They should be comfortable taking ownership of operational processes, identifying issues before they become problems, and continuously improving workflows through automation and AI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage EDI order flows and wholesale retail operations.
• Monitor retailer portals and resolve order, inventory, and shipment exceptions.
• Process and manage Purchase Orders (POs), ASNs, invoicing, and EDI transactions.
• Coordinate fulfillment activities while ensuring retailer SLA compliance.
• Prevent retailer chargebacks by proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Manage inventory synchronization across retailer platforms.
• Support onboarding of new retail partners and marketplaces.
• Improve operational workflows through automation and AI.
• Assist with multiple operational projects as business priorities evolve.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, fulfillment, and retail partners.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Strong experience with EDI workflows, including:

o Purchase Orders (PO) o Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) o Invoicing o Retail order management

• Hands-on experience with Sam's Club Supplier Hub / Retail Link (highest priority).
• Hands-on experience with DSCO (highest priority).
• Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center (high priority).
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience managing retailer portals with strict operational SLAs.
• Ability to troubleshoot order exceptions, duplicate orders, inventory discrepancies, and shipment issues.
• Experience coordinating fulfillment operations across multiple retail channels.
• ERP is Business Central

AI REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate should be an AI-native operator who:

• Regularly uses AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Uses AI to automate repetitive work and improve operational efficiency.
• Continuously learns new AI tools and workflows.
• Thinks proactively about process improvements rather than simply following instructions.

• Must be Filipina (Female)

• Marketplace onboarding experience.
• Carrier and logistics coordination experience.
• Process documentation and SOP creation.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
