About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Wholesale Jewelry BDR to support our growing fine jewelry business. This role is ideal for someone with prior wholesale jewelry experience who understands the importance of client relationships, account coordination, and high-touch customer service within a luxury environment.

You will serve as a key point of contact for wholesale clients, helping maintain and grow accounts through professional communication, sales support, and relationship management.

This is a full-time remote opportunity working closely with a US-based team in a fast-paced and growth-oriented jewelry business.

Role Summary

The Wholesale Jewelry Inside Sales Representative will support wholesale jewelry operations by managing client communication, maintaining account relationships, coordinating follow-ups, and assisting with sales growth initiatives.

This role combines relationship management, inside sales support, account coordination, and customer service to help ensure an exceptional experience for wholesale clients and retail partners.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling wholesale jewelry accounts in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale jewelry clients and accounts
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively follow up with leads and existing accounts
  • Support day-to-day communication with wholesale customers and retail partners
  • Coordinate account needs, order requests, and client follow-ups
  • Assist with product inquiries, recommendations, and sales support
  • Track sales activities, follow-ups, and account updates accurately
  • Support account growth opportunities through consistent relationship management
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and client support
  • Maintain organized records of communication, orders, and account activity
  • Deliver a professional and high-touch customer experience aligned with a luxury jewelry brand

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in wholesale jewelry sales, jewelry account management, or jewelry wholesale operations is required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing wholesale accounts and B2B client relationships
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound communication with wholesale clients
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and priorities simultaneously
  • Professional and polished communication style
  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience supporting US-based clients or working remotely is preferred
  • Comfortable working a PST schedule

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: ?35,000 – ?45,000 per month

Work Schedule

  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST
  • 5 days per week
