Full-Time Vacant Land Valuation Analyst (No Real Estate Experience Needed!)

No real estate background? No problem!

We are a growing real estate investment company that purchases vacant land directly from land owners, and we are looking for a Full-Time LAnd Comper to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze property data and determine estimated market values and offer price ranges for vacant land across the United States.

You will play a key role in our acquisitions process by qualifying leads based on property characteristics and providing accurate values that guide our pricing decisions.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the discipline to meet daily goals. If you're analytics, comfortable working with data, and willing to learn, we would love to have you onboard.

Your main responsibilities include: 1. Perform basic due diligence on vacant land 2. Review and qualify property leads based on land attributes (e.g., access, terrain, wetland, zoning) 3. Comp 25-50 properties per day 4. Provide estimated market value and offer price range 5. Create map links in when needed 6. Communicate findings clearly and consistently

We are looking for a detail-oriented researcher to analyze land property values. We will teach you everything you need to know! You just need to be detailed oriented and have good energy!

Rate: $6–$9/hr depending on experience, performance, and overall contribution. Salary adjustments and bonuses will be considered based on regular evaluations. Setup: Remote / Work from home

What you will be doing:

Researching and analyzing values of vacant land using Zillow and Redfin. Organizing and documenting findings in spreadsheets Tracking market trends and pricing data Other research tasks as assigned

What we are looking for: Comfortable working with spreadsheets Strong attention to detail Reliable internet connection Can work independently with minimal supervision Experience with vacant land or real estate research is a plus
