Title: Creative & Social Media VA ( AI Ad Creatives + Creator Outreach)

We're a growing direct-to-consumer brand scaling our paid social and creator marketing. We're hiring one VA to own three things: AI ad creative production, social media execution, and creator outreach.

We need someone who can execute at a high standard and once trained can execute with minimal direction.

What you'll own:

Produce AI image and video ad creatives following brand guidelines we provide. Minimum 2 production sessions weekly, meet KPI for finished assets per session, submitted for approval. Schedule and post approved content across our social media platforms, manage the content calendar, respond to comments in brand voice, flag anything needing a decision within a couple hours. Run creator outreach: hit daily targeted DM KPI, tracker updated same day, manage follow-ups and shipping logistics for creator collaborations. Submit a brief weekly performance report.

This role starts part-time with clear opportunity to move to full-time based on performance and consistency.
