Cold Email Deliverability Specialist - Restricted-Niches

ABOUT US: We're a performance marketing agency running Meta ads for restricted-niche ecommerce brands — cannabis accessories, CBD, hemp, vape, spirits. These brands are underserved and in acute pain (their ad accounts keep getting banned), which makes outbound unusually effective when done right. We're scaling client acquisition and need a specialist to own our cold email engine.

THE ROLE: You own outbound end to end — from a clean verified list to booked calls on our calendar. This is a specialist seat, not general VA or basic appointment setting.

DAY TO DAY:

• Build targeted lists in StoreLeads + Clay (real DTC brands only, one decision-maker per company)
• Verify every lead and exclude catch-all domains before sending
• Write and iterate sequence copy based on reply quality
• Manage domains, DNS/SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, and deliverability; keep bounce under 2%
• Monitor for blacklisting and reputation issues daily
• Triage replies and push interested leads to booked calls

MUST HAVE: real cold-email experience in a restricted/regulated niche; deep deliverability knowledge (catch-all exclusion, blacklist recovery, warmup, sub-2% bounce); Instantly + Clay + StoreLeads; list building + verification; copywriting for replies.

NICE TO HAVE: Automation experience; cannabis/CBD/vape familiarity.

SUCCESS = clean verified lists, healthy deliverability, and consistent booked qualified calls.

DETAILS: Full-time, remote, $1,000–1,800/mo depending on experience. Paid trial task before hire.
