About the Role

Growth & Content Marketing Manager

Full-Time | Work From Home | Philippines-Based Australian Business Hours (Melbourne Time) This role is much more than a social media coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a complete marketing and lead-generation engine focused on B2B growth, HubSpot automation, content marketing, and sales support.

Mandatory Requirements 1. Excellent English Communication Skills

  • Near-native written and spoken English
  • Ability to write professional marketing copy
  • Ability to interview stakeholders and convert insights into content
  • Comfortable attending meetings with Australian management and sales teams

2. Strong HubSpot Experience (Essential) The candidate must have practical, hands-on experience with:

  • HubSpot CRM
  • Landing page creation
  • Forms and lead capture
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Workflow automation
  • Lead nurturing sequences
  • Contact segmentation
  • Sales sequences
  • Reporting and analytics

This is one of the most critical requirements of the role.

3. B2B Marketing Experience Minimum:

  • 3+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Understanding of sales funnels
  • Lead generation strategies
  • Marketing automation
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Content-led marketing

Experience working with Australian, UK, or US clients would be highly advantageous.

4. Content Creation Skills Must be able to:

  • Write LinkedIn posts
  • Write blogs and articles
  • Create lead magnets
  • Produce short-form videos (liaise with the web & design team)
  • Create marketing graphics (liaise with the web & design team)
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats

Experience creating content for:

  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • YouTube
  • TikTok

is essential.

5. Web and Graphic Design Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Web and Graphic Design team to ensure design and website deliverables align with marketing objectives, timelines, and brand standards.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear project briefs, technical requirements, and deliverables.
  • Prioritize and manage workflow for:

o Graphic design requirements o Website updates and enhancements o Landing page development and optimization o Campaign asset creation o Promotional content implementation

  • Collaborate with Web and Graphic Design team to improve user experience, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with the team for any website content updates, landing page creation, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate testing and quality assurance.
  • Ensure websites and landing pages support campaign objectives and customer journeys.

6. AI Content Creation Tools Strong experience using AI tools such as:

  • ChatGPT
  • Claude
  • Gemini
  • Midjourney
  • Canva AI
  • Adobe Firefly
  • AI video generation platforms

The client specifically wants someone who can leverage AI to increase efficiency.

7. Data & Reporting Skills Must be comfortable:

  • Tracking KPIs
  • Monitoring lead generation performance
  • Reporting campaign results
  • Analysing marketing effectiveness
  • Using HubSpot reporting dashboards

  • Approx. 8:30am – 5:00p ---------- lbourne time

Leave

  • Holidays: 20 days paid holiday per year accrued
