About the Role

Symbo is a fast-growing US-based sales communication platform that powers outbound sales teams with our Power Dialer technology. We serve customers across a wide range of industries and are expanding our operations team to support our growing customer base. We are a lean, responsive team that moves fast and takes care of our customers. The Role

We are looking for a highly organized, English-speaking Virtual Assistant to join our team full time during US business hours. This is a behind-the-scenes operations role that keeps our platform running smoothly for our customers. You will support administrative functions, handle customer support requests, manage customer phone number inventories, and work directly with telephone carrier partners to ensure a positive calling experience for every Symbo customer. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently. If you are the kind of person who takes ownership of problems, follows through without being asked twice, and communicates clearly in English — this role is for you. What You Will Do

Handle incoming customer support requests professionally and efficiently via email and messaging Manage and maintain customer phone number inventories within the Symbo platform Coordinate with telephone carrier partners to provision, troubleshoot, and maintain phone numbers and calling infrastructure Monitor calling quality and work with carriers to resolve issues that affect the customer experience Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, reporting, and internal communications Follow up on open support tickets and ensure timely resolution Escalate technical issues to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers when needed Help maintain organized internal documentation and processes

What We Are Looking For

Strong spoken and written English — this is a firm requirement for this role Prior experience in a VA, admin, operations, or customer support role Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills Comfortable working with online platforms, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication tools Able to work full time during US business hours (Monday through Friday) Self-directed and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities without close supervision Experience working with telecom, VoIP, or phone number management is a strong plus but not required — we will train the right person
