Part-Time Cold Calling Virtual Assistant

Our cleaning company is looking for an experienced, energetic, and reliable Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to help grow our commercial cleaning business by reaching out to local businesses throughout the United States. If you have previous cold calling experience, enjoy speaking with people, and are motivated by helping generate new business, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities Make outbound calls to businesses in the United States using our provided lead list. Follow our proven call script to introduce our commercial cleaning services. Speak with business owners or decision-makers and qualify potential clients. Schedule appointments for our sales team. Accurately record all call outcomes in Google Sheets (Interested, Not Interested, Callback, Voicemail, Notes, etc.). Send follow-up emails or text messages when appropriate. Meet daily and weekly call activity goals.

Requirements Previous cold calling experience is REQUIRED. If you do not have cold calling experience, please do not apply. Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional, and friendly phone voice. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable handling objections and speaking with business owners. Strong written English skills. Organized, dependable, and self-motivated. Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic computer applications. Reliable high-speed internet connection. Quiet home office with a quality noise-canceling headset. Positive attitude and the ability to remain motivated despite rejection. Available to work U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Wednesday, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM EST.
