About the Role

American company is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our growth strategy across commercial, industrial, architectural, and residential markets. This role is responsible for improving leads, increasing brand awareness, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, and supporting sales growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. Manage lead generation, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media. Create and oversee content that positions DeWalls as an industry leader in acoustics, soundproofing, and vibration control. Monitor marketing KPIs and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI. Coordinate with sales, engineering, and leadership teams to support business growth. Manage external vendors, agencies, and creative resources as needed.

Qualifications 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, engineering, architectural, manufacturing, or technical services industries. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
