Job Description: As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, as well as supporting other digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our team to create compelling content, analyze campaign performance, and implement strategies to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
Design, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Create engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
Segment email lists and personalize campaigns to target specific audiences.
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns for better results.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in managing and growing our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Collaborate on content creation for blogs, ads, and other digital assets.
Support SEO efforts to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Help manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) as needed.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Use tools like Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to the team based on campaign performance.
Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience in email marketing and digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign).
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation is a plus.
Skills:
Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling email content.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability.
Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
