Remote Email Marketing Specialist (Email Marketing + Social Media Support)

About the Role
We are a growing mortgage and financial services company looking for a Remote Email Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing campaigns.

This role focuses on email campaign creation, automation, list management, and performance optimization, with additional light social media support.

If you are detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in email marketing tools, campaign scheduling, and analytics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns
Segment and maintain email lists and databases
Optimize campaigns for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Write and test subject lines, email copy, and CTAs
Track performance and generate basic email marketing reports
Ensure accuracy of campaign data and targeting
Coordinate with the team to align messaging and promotions
Repurpose email content into social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Assist with basic social media scheduling and posting

Qualifications

High school or college graduate
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Good written and verbal English communication
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign) is a plus
Basic knowledge of social media marketing
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Background in mortgage, real estate, or financial services is a plus but not required

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with CRM tools
Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels
Familiarity with A/B testing and email automation
