Project-Based Growth & Partnerships Associate

Help Vertuelo grow by identifying partnership opportunities, reaching out to relevant communities, and supporting campaigns that bring in users, workshop attendees, freelancers, students, and employers.

Responsibilities Research potential partners such as schools, freelancer groups, student organizations, training centers, creators, and professional communities. Build and maintain a list of partnership leads. Prepare outreach messages and follow-up templates. Contact community admins, creators, speakers, student groups, and potential partners. Help promote Vertuelo workshops, contests, job posts, and campaigns to relevant groups. Track outreach progress, responses, signups, and campaign results. Share insights on which communities, channels, and partnership angles are working. Coordinate with the founder and Vertuelo team on campaign direction. Project Deliverables

Partnership leads database Outreach message templates Contacted partner/community list Follow-up tracking sheet Campaign promotion report Signup/referral/event registration summary Recommendations for next campaign Requirements Strong written English communication skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable doing research and outreach. Able to communicate professionally with partners and community admins. Interested in startups, freelancing, careers, education, or technology. Able to work independently and meet agreed project deadlines. Nice to Have Experience in partnerships, marketing, sales, events, or community outreach. Experience using Google Sheets, Notion, Trello, or CRM tools. Familiarity with Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, TikTok, Discord, or online communities. Basic copywriting or outreach experience.
