Customer Success & Community Support

Vertuelo is seeking a dedicated Customer Success & Community Support team member to enhance the experience for our diverse community of professionals, freelancers, students, and employers. Responsibilities

• Provide timely and excellent support by answering user inquiries.
• Onboard and guide new users through our platform.
• Resolve issues and ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
• Moderate community discussions to maintain a positive and engaging environment.
• Collect user feedback and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
• Create help articles, FAQs, and user guides to assist users effectively.
• Support events, workshops, and community initiatives to foster engagement.

• Background in creating help documentation or knowledge bases.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
