Odel Rentals is a U.S.-based car rental company in Maryland. We rent vehicles to gig drivers such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex drivers, and direct renters.
We are a small but fast-growing business looking for someone who can help manage daily operations, communicate with renters, keep our CRM organized, and help the business grow.
This is not a basic VA role. We need someone who can think, communicate well, stay organized, follow systems, and take ownership.
About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Remote Operations Manager / Virtual Assistant who is excellent on the phone, strong with CRM systems, organized, reliable, and comfortable using AI tools.
You will help manage leads, renters, follow-ups, payments, scheduling, documents, and day-to-day operations. You will also help us improve systems as the business grows.
This role is for someone who can be more than just an assistant. We want someone who can eventually become a key operations person in the company.
What You’ll Be Doing Calling new leads quickly Answering inbound calls from potential renters Responding to texts, emails, and Facebook Marketplace leads Qualifying renters and helping them understand the rental process Collecting renter documents Managing GoHighLevel CRM pipelines, notes, follow-ups, and tasks Keeping the CRM clean and organized Sending payment reminders Confirming payments Coordinating pickups and returns Updating tracking sheets Helping manage renter communication Using AI tools to move faster and stay organized Following SOPs and written processes Escalating important issues to the owner Helping improve operations as the business grows Must-Have Requirements Clear, easy-to-understand spoken English for phone calls with U.S. customers Confident and professional on the phone Strong written English CRM experience required GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred Very organized and detail-oriented Fast response time during working hours Comfortable following SOPs and structured processes Comfortable using AI tools and learning new software Reliable internet, working headset, and quiet work environment Able to work U.S. Eastern Time daytime hours long-term Serious, reliable, and looking for a long-term role Bonus Skills Experience with GoHighLevel Experience in car rental, Turo, transportation, property management, or gig-economy businesses Experience with Facebook Marketplace leads Experience with Google Sheets and Google Drive Experience reviewing customer documents Bilingual English/Spanish Who This Role Is Best For
This role is best for someone who is organized, professional, good on the phone, and wants to grow with a business.
You should be comfortable talking to customers every day, keeping systems updated, following instructions carefully, and learning new tools.
We do not want someone who only waits for tasks. We want someone who can take ownership, stay on top of follow-ups, and help keep the operation running smoothly.
Important
This is a phone-first role. If you are not comfortable making calls and speaking with U.S. customers, this is not the right position.
Clear communication, organization, reliability, and CRM discipline are the most important parts of this job.
